Terms and conditions – Vitamin Sea Offer

The "Vitamin Sea" offer is valid for all new bookings. It can be booked online at spa.accor.com, or directly with each hotel participating in the offer, from September 5th to September 19th 2023, for all bookings made at least 15 days before the date of arrival and for stays from September 26th to December 9th, 2023, except Sofitel Golfe d’Ajaccio Thalassa Sea & Spa for stays from September 26th to October 31st, 2023 only.

Offer limited to the number of rooms or treatment programs allocated by each hotel or institute to this operation and subject to availability on the date of stay in the hotel or institute selected by the customer. The offer is not retroactive and cannot be combined with any other special offer or benefit. The offer is valid for one person in a single room or for two persons in a double room, each carrying out a treatment program. The offer is only available for stays of two (2) nights or more.

Offer valid for a selection of treatment programs and dates, varying according to each of the six (6) Thalassa Sea & Spa destinations participating in the offer:

  • Novotel Thalassa Sea & Spa Le Touquet, for stays from September 26th to December 9th, 2023

  • Ibis Thalassa Sea & Spa Le Touquet, for stays from September 26th to December 9th, 2023

  • Novotel Thalassa Oléron Saint-Trojan, for stays from September 26th to December 9th, 2023

  • Sofitel Quiberon Thalassa Sea & Spa, for stays from September 26th to December 9th, 2023

  • Sofitel Biarritz Le Miramar Thalassa Sea & Spa, for stays from September 26th to December 9th, 2023

  • Ibis Hyères plage Thalassa Sea & Spa, for stays from September 26th to December 9th, 2023

  • Sofitel Golfe d’Ajaccio Thalassa Sea & Spa, for stays from September 26th to October 31st, 2023

The amount of the discount will be 20% off the public rate displayed on spa.accor.com for a minimum of two (2) nights, including a minimum of two (2) days of treatments for the following stays:

  • Weeks of 6 nights and 6 days of treatments (or 7 nights and 6 days of treatments, depending on the hotel) with half board or full board or breakfasts included, depending on the hotel and/or package chosen;

  • Medium stay of 4 to 5 nights and 4 to 5 days of treatments (or 5 nights / 4 days of treatments and 6 nights / 5 days of treatments, depending on the hotel) on a half-board or full-board basis or with breakfasts included, depending on the hotel and/or package chosen;

  • Short stays from 2 nights / 2 days of treatments to 3 nights / 3 days of treatments with breakfasts included..

A deposit of 30% of the total amount including VAT of the reserved services will be requested upon booking. The customer must provide their credit card information at the time of booking. In case any information is missing, the reservation cannot be processed. The credit card used for the customer's reservation must be valid on the start date of the stay.

Cancellation policy :

  • The stay can be canceled free of charge up to twenty-one (21) days before the arrival date

  • For any cancellation by the customer twenty (20) days or less before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount including VAT as a deposit will be retained.

Modification Conditions :

Stays are not amendable. Additionally, treatments are preplanned in advance by the Thalassotherapy Institute, and no modifications can be made. Please contact us for further details on cancellation and modification policies.

The prices quoted do not include the tourist tax and other taxes. No discounts will be applied to taxes, extras, or other personal expenses.
